First step

Choose a study programme

Before filling out the application, check the exact name of the study programme and level of study you want to apply for.

I. degree

Bachelor's degree

Second step

Fill out the electronic application form

The application for studies is submitted electronically through the Academy of Arts system.

Submit an e-application

When filling in, please check in particular:

the correct level of study,
the right study programme or specialization,
personal and contact details,
data on previous education,
all mandatory attachments.

Third step

Attach the necessary documents

Administrative attachments vary depending on the level of study. A doctor's certificate of fitness to complete university studies is not sent.

Bachelor's degree

printed and signed electronic application form
signed resume
proof of payment of the fee
proof of completion of secondary school studies according to current instructions; if the entrance exam takes place before the school-leaving exam, a certified copy of the school-leaving exam certificate must be submitted no later than upon registration

If grades do not match from the EduPage system, they must be added and confirmed by the secondary school.

Master's degree

printed and signed electronic application form
signed resume
proof of payment of the fee
proof of completion of bachelor's studies; if studies are still ongoing, the proof is submitted after completion, at the latest upon enrollment

Doctoral studies

printed and signed application form stating the programme, dissertation topic and form of study
biography
certified copies of university diploma, state exam certificate and diploma supplement; FDUAU graduates do not have to certify copies
framework project on the selected topic of the dissertation
a list of artistic, publishing or other professional activities and any testimonials
proof of payment of the fee

Pay the admission fee

Pay the fee according to the current payment instructions for the admission procedure. Attach proof of payment to the application form you receive.

Before making a payment, please check the current account, variable symbol, and payment identification method in the official instructions. These details may change according to the receiving cycle.

Step five

Check before sending

I have chosen the correct study programme and level of study.
I have filled in all required personal, contact and study details.
I have attached the required administrative documents.
I have checked the admission requirements for my programme.
I have paid the admissions fee.
I have checked the current application deadline.
I printed out the application form, signed it, and prepared it for delivery to the Student Affairs Office.

When you have everything ready, open the Academy of Arts system and create an application.
