The website is in partial compliance with Act No. 95/2019 Coll. on information technology in public administration and the relevant implementing regulations within the scope of the conditions under Directive (EU) 2016/2102.
The evaluation focused on the requirements of WCAG 2.1 at levels A and AA and the relevant requirements of the EN 301 549 standard. The limitations mainly concern selected document attachments and historical multimedia materials listed below.

The statement was prepared and last reviewed .
The evaluation was performed by self-assessment. It included automatic accessibility tests using axe-core in the Chromium browser, checking the HTML and DOM structure, keyboard control, and display at different screen widths. Both the Slovak and English versions of the website were assessed.
