ART3 Simulation Centre
What is a Simulation Centre?
Studio operation.
School environment.
Space for production, broadcasting, post-production and presentation of audiovisual projects of the Academy of Arts.
ART3 – Simulation Centre is a production and post-production space of the Academy of Arts, where students learn to work with image, sound, light, direction, recording and the resulting audiovisual output.
The centre connects teaching with practice. Here, students observe and test the entire process of creating a work — from ideation and preparation, through filming, to processing, publishing or archiving the result.
The space functions as a school studio, where creative intent is transformed into concrete images and sounds. Here, students learn teamwork, technical preparation, and solving real production situations.
The simulation centre was established in 2020 as a joint workplace of the three faculties of the Academy of Arts. It serves teaching, school productions, event documentation, recording artistic outputs, and presenting the school's work externally.
