Memorandum of Cooperation with the Trenčín Educational Centre in Trenčín

The cooperation between the Faculty of Dramatic Arts and the Trenčín Educational Centre (TNOS) has become beneficial for both parties and we see it as promising also within the framework of other planned joint activities.
We officially sealed the cooperation by signing the Memorandum of Cooperation on September 5, 2021.

TNOS is the organizer or co-organizer of various events in which FDU students and teachers have collaborated and plan to participate and will participate in the future.

Theatre Workshop 2021
The Theatre Workshop 2021, which took place from June 18 to 20, was intended for amateur theatre creators and high school students interested in theatre.
The aim of these creative workshops is to support amateur theatre creation in the Trenčín region and provide systematic education. This creative workshop was led by assistant professors from the Department of Acting Soňa Kočanová (lecturer of stage movement) and Richard Sanitra (lecturer of stage speech).

Literary Soiree
As part of the Literary Soiree, which took place in Trenčín on June 16, 2021, students of the Department of Acting Eva Gribová, Filip Davin, Oliver Ruttkay presented their interpretations of new works by authors from the Trenčín region.
The main organizer of the Literary Soiree is Michaela Piesyk, a graduate of the Department of Acting FDU AU BB in the academic year 2016/2017.

 

67th Hviezdoslavov Kubín – Štúrov Uhrovec
The regional round of the 67th Hviezdoslavov Kubín – Štúrov Uhrovec took place on September 17, 2021. The youth presented their recitation performances in poetry and prose, and the winners advanced to the national round, which took place in Dolný Kubín at the end of October.
The jury also included two doctoral students FDU AU BB, Lucia Katreniak Rakúsová and Filip Jekkel.

 
The Trenčín Educational Centre in Trenčín is an educational facility with a general focus ensuring the development of culture in the districts of Trenčín, Nové Mesto nad Váhom and Bánovce nad Bebravou. In the territory of the Trenčín Self-Governing Region, it carries out professional advisory, methodological, informational, documentation and registration activities in the field of cultural and educational activities. It participates in the preservation, protection and accessibility of the values ​​of folk culture; it professionally and organizationally prepares cultural, social and educational events. It is an organizer and co-organizer of events of an international, national, regional and regional nature. TNOS supports voluntary interest activities of individuals and groups in the field of traditional folk culture, crafts, theatre, artistic performance, music, singing, dance, fine arts, photography, etc.
