About the workshop:
The workshop focuses on an authorial and playful approach to the text – from the perspective of actors and actresses, directors and designers – and at the same time on acting and existence on stage in relation to the original, to oneself and to the audience. The emphasis is on conscious acting and the possibilities of conscious reconfiguration of the relationship between the “stage” and the “viewpoint”. The workshop also explores elements of dramaturgical thinking in actors and actresses during the creation of a production, as well as the perception of the production as a common and social statement – with the aim of changing the world, in the spirit of Spinoza, Marx and Brecht.
*The workshop is primarily intended for acting students, but is also suitable for students of theatre dramaturgy and directing.
