Cancer Prevention Day

We are happy to contribute to onco-prevention, organized by the Regional Public Health Office based in Banská Bystrica🩺
The event will be moderated by a student from the Department of Acting, 🎤Martina Chmelanová. Musical performances will be provided by Sisa Sklovská, who teaches musical singing, and Martin Vetrák, a student from the Department of Vocal Interpretation, 🔵Faculty of Performing Arts.🎶
Sound will be provided by a technician from the 🔴Faculty of Dramatic Arts, 🎧Jozef Mituch.

PROGRAMME:
From 12:00 to 18:00, RÚVZ employees will provide you with:
✅ advice on the prevention of lung, colon and rectal, breast, cervical and testicular cancer
✅ cholesterol examination, body fat measurement
✅ determination of the amount of CO in exhaled air for smokers
PROGRAMME from 15:00 to 18:00:
🔵 opening
🔵 children's folklore ensemble Radosť, POUS dance studio,
🔵 training in correct blood pressure measurement at home, first aid, in case of domestic accidents (students of FZ SZU BB),
🔵 creative workshops for children (students of PF UMB BB),
🔵 demonstration of exercises for sedentary work with fitness trainer Mgr. Kristian Bak (FF UMB BB),
🔵 short introductions with experts from the FNsP FD Roosevelt BB,
🔵 competitions for small prizes from event partners,
🔵 Sisa Sklovská and Martin Vetrák,
🔵 at the end of the event, the opportunity to meet Matej Tóth.
The programme will be accompanied by Martina Chmelanová from the Academy of Arts FDU BB, sound system provided by Jozef Mituch.
